The initial Eligibility Quiz will help determine whether you qualify to purchase a CLT of PBCTC home in Palm Beach County.  This application is for the Palm Beach County Program only,  It is not eligible to be used for the Port St. Lucie Homeownership application. That is a separate application that will go live at noon on June 12, 2024.
