Davis Landings is a 25 apartment mixed income Florida Green Building Certified rental community in central Palm Beach County.  The development was completed in 2012 through a partnership with Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Sustainability and US Department of Housing and Urban Development Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2.

When vacancies occur at Davis Landings, they are filled exclusively through the Wait List. At that time, applications are processed on a 1st Qualified, 1st Served basis, according to the size and income category for the apartment. To apply on line click here. Please note, the Davis Landings Wait List is closed and purged at midnight each December 31st. With the new calendar year Wait List annually opening at 10:00 am on the second Thursday in January.  Applications received prior to this time are ineligible.
