
The City of Port St. Lucie (PSL) has partnered with the Community Land Trust of Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast and the Treasure Coast (CLT of PBCTCTC) to launch the Port St. Lucie Homeownership Program. To start the program, the CLT of PBCTCTC will be selling six single family 3 bedroom/2 bath/2 car garage homes built by the City.
Applicants for the homes can submit their applications starting at noon on February 1, 2022 until 5pm on February 5, 2022. No late applications will be accepted. After the application deadline, a lotto will be conducted and applicants will be process sequentially based on their lotto numbers. Eligible applicants must currently live and/or work in the City of Port St. Lucie.

Information about the Homes
Two of the homes will be selling for $74,000 to income eligible households.
Maximum household income for these homes for a family of four is $35,750 (maximum income is adjusted for household size).
The other four homes will be selling for $130,500.
Maximum household income for these homes for a family of four is $57,200 (maximum income is adjusted for household size).
Other minimum qualifications include (but are not limited to):
- Must live and/or work in the City of Port St. Lucie
- Must be a 1st time homebuyer or have not owned a home in the last three years.
- Must meet partner lenders’ minimum credit score (between 620 and 640) and underwriting requirements
- Must attend a full length Community Land Trust Orientation
